Alpaca is four times warmer than lambswool and it doesn't pill (bobble).

You won't need to wash them too frequently as the properties of the natural fibre repel dirt and moisture. When you do, hand wash in warmish water with delicate detergent or shampoo. Do not tumble dry, lie flat to dry.
